The airline cancelled our return leg and Rovingly was supposed to process the refund. It took 3 months and a dozen emails. The package price was good but I'll book direct next time just for the support.
Booked a 10-day Italy package — flights, hotels, trains, two tours. Every voucher worked, every hotel knew we were coming. Saved us about $800 versus piecing it together ourselves.
