Transmission failed at 88k miles — the exact thing the plan advertises. Claim denied because a fluid change at 40k was done by my brother-in-law and not a licensed shop. Read the fine print very carefully before buying.
Compressor died in July. Shop called ViaShield, got authorization same day, and I paid only my $100 deductible. Took some phone tag to get the claim started, but they came through.
